The hotel had a convenient location, making it easy to explore the city during my Christmas stay. It was close to key subway stations and offered quick access to popular attractions. The staff were friendly and check-in was hassle-free.

We loved every detail about our nice 2 nights stay here. We stayed in standard king room with good wi-fi, everything was very good. The breakfast was generous and warm, with lots of meals.

Their staff were super rude.

The rooms were perfect, bed was exceptionally comfortable, breakfast was hot! Staff was super consistently courteous and the service was excellent. Easy location, within walking distance of nice area. We appreciated Van Dam Diner located at a short distance from the hotel, had dinner there.
