The hotel had a convenient location, making it easy to explore the city during my Christmas stay. It was close to key subway stations and offered quick access to popular attractions. the staff were friendly and check-in was hassle-free.

The noise level in the hotel was quite high, especially in the morning. I was constantly awakened by noise from other guests and the housekeeping staff started vacuuming early in the morning.

We loved every detail about our nice 2 nights stay here. We stayed in standard king room with good wi-fi, everything was very good. The breakfast was generous and warm, with lots of meals.

Their staff were super rude.

Getting around this city was incredibly easy staying at this hotel. It's conveniently located near 2 metro stations and close to all tourist areas. Also, the cleanliness of this hotel was definitely top-notch.

The rooms were perfect, bed was exceptionally comfortable, breakfast was hot! Staff was super consistently courteous and the service was excellent. Easy location, within walking distance of nice area. We appreciated Van Dam Diner located at a short distance from the hotel, had dinner there.
